Year 1926
Description This car has just arrived back after a two year break in a private collection and I am delighted to see it again as it is such a good looking and lovely to vintage drive motor car. It comes with a comprehensive history which includes a recent engine check over by Talbot specialist Ian Polson since when it has done only a very few few miles. As far as I can see it is a very rare if not unique survivor of a Suresnes model which, when you look at it, can only be French in origin. It has been comprehensively rebuilt which shows not only in its appearance and quality of finish but in the really lovely way it drives. It is surprisingly light and responsive with good steering, good brakes, a good ride and plenty of smoothly delivered power. Engineeringwise it seems to be way above average with very quiet mechanicals which all work very well together. The coachwork is superb with top quality paintwork and first class upholstery, trim, hood and sidescreens. It really is a super machine which has a great "wow" factor - my only concern is that I may have undervalued it!
